About Me

I am a counsellor and coach working in private practice in North London.  I work with individuals and couples on a range of issues.  They can be individual, specific issues or addressing broader, more fundamental patterns, behaviours and belief systems.  Nothing is too big or small, too overwhelming or trivial, to be worthy of exploration.

I work with a diverse range of clients from a variety of backgrounds.  I believe we are all in a process of becoming and that we continue to develop as individuals throughout our lives. My philosophy is that therapy and coaching are not simply about addressing problems but offer a way to maximise our potential and evaluate what is important to us at various stages of our lives and careers.  What are our values?  Is my life in line with those values?  Am I living the “right life”?  Who do I want to be in the world?  What life to I want?  How do I get it?  What are the first steps?

After reading a degree in English Literature at University College London I worked in television for several years.  Then, around fifteen years ago, I went through some significant personal transitions, and found therapy enormously helpful.  As a result, I ultimately decided to change careers and train as a therapist.
